too anti tech and political. the book is bigtech focus, could have give more discussions / examples on non internet business

Unrealistic ideology

only average, no new significant insights, boomer takes on social media / internet stuff

Nice collection of essay explaining influences of central government, wars and history on Japanese traditional cuisine.

I learned a lot of interesting facts about Japanese food!

Very good introduction books, concepts are explained quite clearly, the book is well structured

Love the topic of game making in the book

Very interesting and insightful books on how getting in touch with the forests help us to improve our general health and appreciation of life. A lot of interesting insights on how the forest affect the Japanese culture, philosophy and design.

This book makes me want to go to the forest more

Not sure why the author dedicated too much for robot section

Interesting to read, the section about Nietzsche is interesting.

I still don't get what Nihilism means

Overall a quite good book.

Covers a lot of topics, but too much in-detailed for each topics. Not quite sure who this book is written for.

Since I follow Gergely on his blogs & social media, a lot of the content is already covered before, so I didn't learn much.

I like the idea of touching the object and sensing the positive/non-positive energy it brings. There is something very Zen-like about her method of tidying the house

Very inspiring!

I like how he starts with a mission + sense of urgency before looking finding ways to finance stuff.

His questions towards redefining requirements when building rockets and cars are amazing to read.

Some chapters are interesting!

In some other chapters, he spent way too much time writing about Lisp instead of engineering/computer science principles, which is not relevant to me.

Provide interesting insight on what people (mostly writers) do in order to stay focused.

Too long book, does not have much interesting advice, and could have been a blog. Basically, the book advised to turn off social media, and do deep work in planned time blocks.
