I don't know, it was just so fucking weird (I usually love weird) and confusing... I didn't get the characters' motivations and the point of the whole story. Maybe I'm just dumb, who knows. But this book felt like it didn't know what it was trying to be.
But it was a really fast read and sometimes I felt really anxious (which is good for this kind of story, I guess).

Wow... This story is so unique and intriguing. I love the characters, the plot and the pacing. Can't wait to read the next volume.

I just do not agree with author's opinion on the topic, that's all. I would recommend to read it, but it's not for me.

This book had a very nice atmosphere and good characters. Sadly I didn't connect with it the way I expected. But it doesn't mean that the book is bad. It's good. It's just... I do realize that this story is not something I would remember for a long time or have a desire to reread.

This was very cute and entertaining, but sometimes a little bit confusing and not very memorable. I think I'm going to continue with the series, because I'm interested to see what's next!
P. S. The romance in this is SO SO SO SO CUTE!

This book... It's one of the best things I've ever read. Period.
If you're reading this review and you love romance, I want you to add this masterpiece to your tbr. Do yourself a favor. I WANT EVERYONE TO READ IT BECAUSE IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD.
And I think that I will never get over Luke and Sam.

I have such mixed feelings about this book... There were many well done elements, as well as things I didn't like.

I'm a mess...
I didn't really like the book at first, but I fell in love with the second half! It was so heartbreaking and beautiful.

This book was so fun! I thought that Alice and Takumi were very cute together. But I had a few problems with the book.
For example, I HATED Feenie. I thought that she treated Alice horribly, and was a terrible friend in general.
Also I didn't really like the pacing. Sometimes it felt rushed, and sometimes it dragged too much.

This was so good and romantic. I want more :(

I liked the characters, the plot wasn't bad. AND THE ENDING WAS FANTASTIC!
But I wasn't super into this exact fantasy world. I guess, it's not the author's fault. I'm just almost never interested in courtesans and animal magic.
I'm excited to read the sequel!

This graphic novel was a quick, fun read, but I expected more from it. I guess I'll continue reading to see if it becomes better.
By the way, I LOVED the art style! It's so beautiful.
