I think the author failed on his own preaching...
So many unnecessary details, plus personally I thought it wasn't well structured and narrated
I found it poorly written (not engaging) and leading on for too long about things I already knew.
Quite disappointed.
Too focused on agency-like businesses (so quite irrelevant for B2C/B2B startups in many cases)
Some good concepts (i.e. reverse engineering growth plans) but probably one of those cases where an article could have been enough.
