بداية القصة كانت ممتازة جدا، توقعت أن أنهيها فى يوم او يومين، لكن مناجاة آمنة كانت فوق الاحتمال وجاءت مبكرة. أحسست ببعض الملل لكن مع النصف الثاني تبدأ أحداث جديدة والمناجاة تجدها مناسبة ومبررة اكثر.

القراءة الثانية للمؤلف بعد تحفته شجرة البؤس. لا أتوقع قراءة أفضل منها له فى الرواية، لكن أمني النفس بالآمال.

The art and the flow of the panels are impressive, Guéra did a very good job. As for the story, I enjoyed the silent parts, where the characters moved around without uttering a word. The style reminded me of 100 Bullets and that's something that attracts me to the series.

The characters, the narrative, the description of nature are beautiful, dreamlike and amazing. Steinbeck was a poet.

Gotham Central, Book Four:

It ended on high note. The series upon till the Corrigan story didn't encourage me to read Greg Rucka's other works. However It was a great work, and I found the Robin story that Rucka co-wrote with Ed Brubaker fantastic as well.

This volume also includes three of Capote's best-known stories, “House of Flowers,” “A Diamond Guitar,” and “A Christmas Memory.”

Truman Capote style is great. It's easy to read, and most importantly, enjoyable.

The second part is full of suspense and mystery. More appealing characters appear on both sides. Hope it will continue this way.

The story focuses more on Gotham's law enforcement. It's has good stories, and potential to be a great comic story.

It was fun reading this punisher story, and I am glad that Garth Ennis decided to write it.

To the fan of his earlier work as Preacher, you gonna enjoy it.

It was a great story. I had no expectations because I rarely read horror stories.

Bode and Rufus were my favourites and wished they had more adventures. Their stories made me wonder if Joe Hill have ever written or will write a children book.

Behold The Vision

It's indeed a great story about humans and their best and worst features as will, compassion, love , hate, revenge and sacrifices.

I love when writers write about a superhero who is less popular like: Vision here, and Hawkeye by Matt Fraction.

Recently, I read Pluto by Urusawa and it left me longing for a good touching story about robots.

These days people are waiting to see if Robert Mueller's report will be made public, and how much of it will be released. Trump as everyone else wants it to be over. Here's an example of how much it hurts him..

Trump relayed his conversation with Egyptian president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, who had an abysmal human rights record including mass detentions, security forces' killing protesters and military trials of civilians. “Dowd, remember who I'm talking to,” he said. “The guy's a fucking killer. And right before we make the deal, el-Sisi says,” and Trump assumed a deep gravelly voice, “Donald, I'm worried about this investigation. Are you going to be around? Suppose I need a favor, Donald.” It was “like a kick in the nuts. It's awful,” Trump said.

عند الوصف فيوسف إدريس من أفضل الكتاب وأمهرهم.. فى سطر يستطيع أن يصف الكثير وبلغة سهلة وجميلة.

إدريس يعطى أهمية كبيرة لأحداث القصة، فتجده يسردها فى أقل مدة زمنية ممكنة. فحين يصف مشهد أو شخص ما، فليس الأمر لمجرد إيصال صورة دقيقة وحسب للقارئ، بل إخباره بالمزيد عن المكان والشخصية.

لو أنك محب لقصصه القصيرة التى اشتهر بها ومتردد فى قراءة عمل أطول له، فلا تقلق فروايته هذه لا تقل جودة عنهم وليست بالطويلة.

It tells you what you know already .. so enjoy reading it.

Has easily became one of my favourite books. Such a beautiful story and wonderful characters. Definitely, I am going to read it again. At least once in while.

This contains three chapters of one of my favorite stories in manga overall, the story of North No. 2.
This is my favorite Urasawa. Naoki Urasawa is famous for his mystery and thriller stories, but what I remember or remains of them is the humane side of them. Here he showed a lot in a story that is about robots.
The series started while the Iraq War was going on, so the invasion and the robots of mass destruction are too familiar for the readers.

While writing this review, I was at Pluto's wiki page and noticed that they finally made a TV series for it.

قصصه القصيرة أفضل بلا شك ولكن بفرق بسيط.
فطابع الوصف لم يكن يوما الغالب على قصص تشيخوف، بل العكس تماما، كتابة الحوارات من سماته المميزة، وهو أمر سهل الانتق��ل كقارئ من قصصه الى مسرحياته، فالروح موجودة والاسلوب لم يتغير.

A very beautiful piece of work. Loved everything about it, especially that Thompson sprinkled his childhood memories in every chapter.

This one comes to my mind when I think about the series or when it's been mentioned. An example of how good Brubaker/Phillips are .

I read the last three volumes of the six backward. I thought The last of innocent was the fourth volume, and forget totally about this one. Fortunately, the series wasn't connected that much, and lucky me, Bad Night was the best one of them.

Since I read 100 Bullets, I was looking for something similar to it, and this series didn't disappoint me. It was the first thing I read for Brubaker/Phillips. They've got a lot of praise, and they absolutely deserve it.

يقول الراوى.. هكذا تبدأ الرواية ولم تمر إلا أيام على قراءتى لرواية “قلب الليل” وكان بطلها الراوى، المهم قرر الرواى أن يروى لنا قصة بديلة بنفس الفكرة، وبين الروايتين 4 أعوام، وروايتين هما من أفضل ما كتبه محفوظ “حضرة المحترم” و “الحرافيش”. وقرر محفوظ الارتياح قليلا بنشر هذه الرواية فالعامين التى تلت هذه الرواية شهدت نشر رواية ممتازة للغاية هى “أفراح القبة” وتحفة من تحفه ألا وهى
“ليالى ألف ليلة”

Harari wrote it very well, and I enjoyed reading it.

I liked the fact that the author included his own view. Bias or not, I believe an author should express his personal opinion on the context. It make the book more interesting to read.
