Characters never really clicked for me.

Fantastic narration with distinct characters. Definitely worth listening too in addition to reading the book.

The digital book counterpart of my favorite audiobook. Beautifully written characters embedded in a police procedural.

If you can get over some of the sometimes your mileage my vary aspects of a shifter setting (like fated mates) then this one is a treat. Deeply emotional prose with memorable characters–that happen to turn into doggies.

Deep platonic and romantic relationships continue. Adventure and magic. This feels like a book that will set things up for the future books. Like a bridge book between #2 and #4 (not released yet.)

Found family, deep friendship ensemble cast set in a magical realism world. Great world-building, fantastic characters, traumatic background without being melodramatic. And few little guy characters. Love a little guy. Great series to sink one's teeth into. Extra spookiness and a truly horrifying villain. Love how the character's relationships developed in this one, both platonic and romantic.

SUSPENSEFUL AND CREEPY. MM romance is secondary to the main space survival plot, but the relationship is significant to the characters. I stayed up until 2am finishing this book and then was too hyped up to sleep afterwards.

I've read this duology at least twice. The characters are so fun to read. 

Ensemble heist book with great characters.

The cutest shit. This contributed to my curiosity about hockey. All the characters are so lovable. 

The conclusion to Bitty's story. A warm hug of a graphic novel. This story deserves a TV show.

Writing and characters were too clunky. Characters felt more like caricatures than actual people. 

I've reread this at least once a year since 2009. I love this book so much. A one-hit wonder from the author and I wish I could read more. The character dynamic is nuanced and they're so devoted to each other.

I read this before covid. The author has a talent for making this subject funny and digestible.
