Made me feel like I was 13 again, reading wattpad books under the blanket.
But other than that, it was fine.

The only acceptable gay book set in Italy.

It sucked. I could tell that it was written by a man.

Even though I absolutely loathe the memory loss and miscommunication trope, I really loved the book. I read this book over a span of couple of weeks as I had my exams and by the time I finished it, I felt like I had grown out of it and that made me really really sad. I had enjoyed and swooned over all her books, and I didn't want that phase to end at all. Sometimes fantasy books make you realise how bleak your reality is. Knowing that it is not real, and the world does not exist, has started to make me really upset lol. I used to read these books for escapism but I kind of want to take a break from this genre now and build my own life.

This was just brilliant. The way she portrayed having an ed and recovery and eating habits of sane girls and how being sick thin is not attractive at all (which isn't said enough). I adore these series so far. Will definitely make my daughter read these (if i have one) when she is a teenager. The changing feelings of Dan and while Dan was wonderful, but Ellie just wasn't attracted to him and how attraction actually does matter a lot and even though reading about Dan and his new gf was saddening but they made so much more sense together cuz his gf was actually very attracted to him and not ashamed at all. I love how the author adds reality without taking away the sweetness of the book. This feels like Derry Girls but make them younger. I absolutely love it.
