This one did have some interesting points. Overall though, I found it a bit boring. I think maybe the hype built it up too much.

I've never read Calvin and Hobbes before. It was cute, had some funny moments (as well as some astute ones), and made me very thankful for how well behaved my own kid is!

Absolutely beautiful and gut-wrenching! TJR always hits a home run, and this gorgeous novel was no exception. I loved the characters and the world. Stunning

Very twisty! It kept me guessing the whole time! The main character told a lot of lies, which annoyed me some, but I got over it haha

The concept of this book (a family tied together by the magic of a tapestry) was far more interesting than the book ended up being for me. I did learn a lot about India's history, but I was bored for much of this book.

A thought-provoking look at ED and the aftermath of treatment - including how you should interact with a person struggling with mental illness. I enjoyed getting more of Tori's perspective in this one.

This was a very interesting look at 10 women from the Medieval world that helped to shape our world today.

Great book about 100 amazing women through history who broke down barriers. Beautiful artwork as well!

Ooh, this was a good mystery! I enjoyed both timelines, which is always nice when they go back and forth. My only complaint being that the back and forth was occasionally confusing. I really liked it though!

I enjoyed this late in life, friends to lovers story! I liked that the main characters were into geek culture, and were both introverts. Super cute!

Cute holiday second-chance romance. I enjoyed the supporting characters a lot. Could have used a bit less spiciness, but that's just a personal preference.

I liked getting to explore Pompeii. However...why would Morgan send two children to retrieve a scroll from a city she knows is about to be buried under an active volcano???

Such a great enemies to lovers, fake dating (marriage) romance! I loved learning more about the world of early career academia too. <3 <3

A bit of a slow starter, but I found this a very entertaining mystery. Frank is a bit of a lovable buffoon, but one who has some smarts about him.

I enjoyed the use of quotes from her novels and letter as part of the narrative. The use of color was inspired. I do wish it went into more detail in parts, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fun little Christmas rom-com with shenanigans and breaking the 4th wall included. A little spicy, and a little sweet.

Cute little Christmas novella set in the adorable Shady Hollow world! I loved getting to dip my toe back into this world, especially around the holidays.

This retelling of the Nutcracker was much darker and twisty than I was anticipating. I always have a hard time with books where there is no one to really root for...so this book was not my cup of tea.

Okay, this is The Hunger Games set on Mt. Olympus and I am living for it!! Also, Hades is the dark king that all of my romantasy girlies are craving. I already have book 2 locked and loaded on my TBR shelf.

Great read! I loved getting to see more of Wendell's kingdom in this one. It was also fun seeing Emily navigate becoming a monarch in Faerie.

Cute little Christmas mystery! It was fun getting more of a peek into Molly and Juan Manuel's relationship.

Another adventure with Emily and Wendell, this time with friends! I love how strong she is, but also that she is softening more with each book. Cannot wait for book 3!

I learned some interesting facts about the Arctic. Cute little adventure.

A slow starter, but quite an intriguing mystery once it picked up steam. It kept me guessing until the end. Bittersweet.
