This was a beautiful and bittersweet novel in verse. It was all about first love, first heartbreak, figuring out who you are, and finding your own worth.

I have always loved The Princess Bride, so getting to hear an entire books' worth of behind the scenes stories about making it was great fun. The audiobook is fantastic because almost all of the actors are speaking on it.

Super cute, as to be expected from Abby Jimenez. Truly, my only complaint is that it wasn't longer.

I wanted so badly to love this book. It was cute, but I found it a little boring and the main character to be frustratingly obtuse. I liked the concept of the story though.

Only my book club could get me to willingly pick up a horror novel. I actually really enjoyed it. I just made sure to only read it during the day.

I have always loved Drew Barrymore, and I really enjoyed learning more about her and the stories behind some of my favorite movies of hers. I wish I had read the physical version, because she sometimes literally screams in the audiobook, which was unpleasant.

A sweet concept, but pretty cliche. It tried to be kind of mysterious, but I knew who the romance interest was pretty much immediately. Also, wasn't a huge fan of the narrator. All in all, pretty middle of the road.

A lovely little love story about family, friends, finding love and finding yourself. I really enjoyed the time slip parts of the story, and the bittersweetness that came along with it.
My only critique was that it was a super slow start for me. It took me a while to really get into it. Aside from that, I loved it!

Very funny and at times very sweet. Listening to Ali read it with her own energy and inflection definitely heightened the humor. Fair warning - she has a filthy mouth, so if strong language offends you, maybe sit this one out.

I learned some fun things about modern Native American culture. I liked how all of the stories took place at the same event. Cute and informative.

I really enjoyed this one! While I felt it dragged on a bit towards the middle, it was still quite gripping. Not going to talk about the ending...but the next one needs to get here fast.

A poignant story of learning not to define yourself or limit yourself because of your disabilities. Sweet love story, lovely friendships, and great family. <3

I cackled out loud to this book multiple times. Part satire, part sincerity, this book pokes fun at several movies I love and I'm here for it.

This was a book club pick, and I was really unsure if I would like it. I ended up loving it! This was the most realistic post-apocalyptic book I've ever read. It was a slow start, but a great finish.

This was such a sweet little graphic novel. I loved how it revolved around Asian and American culture. I'm always on the look out for books my daughter will be able to see herself in. Fantastic read!

Sophie Sullivan has a way of creating a world that draws you in and makes you feel like you are among friends. I love the world of Smile and the Get Lost lodge. The small, island town feels like a warm hug. It was a pleasure to dive back into this world in this second book of the Rock Bottom Love series.

I liked getting to know Jillian better in this book, after meeting her in Love, Naturally. She is a strong, young mother, and I could see a bit of myself in her. I am also a lover of structure and routine, but I do love an adventure as well. Levi is a fun love interest, with a big heart and a big dream. I was a big fan of their romance, and was cheering for them throughout the novel.

The supporting characters are what make this series sparkle. I love Keller family and how intertwined they are in each others' lives. I cannot wait to see what the next book in this series has in store.

All in all, it was a fun second chance romance, if a bit predictable. But, that's what we turn to romance for, right? And it certainly delivers on that happily ever after we all crave.

A fun memoir, especially if you are a fan of Abbott Elementary. I enjoyed her lists of books, movies, tv shows and songs that were special to her. It was a unique feature that most memoirs don't include.

This book had me laughing, sighing, and absolutely sobbing. Great little love story, all about family, romance, gelato, music, and New York. A lovely read that gives serious While You Were Sleeping vibes.

What a strange and atmospheric little story! If you are looking for a quick read with winter vibes and beautiful illustrations, look no further! Slightly confusing though...

This was a fun little book. At first, it seems like the stories aren't connected, but you slowly see the threads tying them together. I really liked how each character changed over the course of the story in very subtle ways.

I enjoyed getting to learn more about WWII as it effected Casablanca. I liked the idea of finding a hidden diary. I pretty much hated the ending, for both storylines.

Wow, what a tale. Ariel Lawhon has an incredible knack for making her characters leap off of a page, and Martha Ballard was basically a living being throughout. I loved the story (hated the descriptions of the rape) and yelled at the villains out loud multiple times. Fantastic story and storytelling!

A cute prequel to Legends and Lattes. It was fun to see Viv as a young, upstart adventurer, annoyed to be stuck in a sleepy little town. I enjoyed the characters and thought it was a fun story.

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the mystery of what it was that Dot was hiding, and then the subsequent search for clues in her mansion. I also really enjoyed the romance. Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite tropes, and this was also a lovely slow burn. What I wasn't expecting was how much the narrative went into Wes' mother's emotional and verbal abuse. It was heart-breaking. Great read!
