The theme of this book is useful and appealing, and I appreciated the “how to bring it” section of each recipe, which covered storage, temp, reheating, and transport. In that regard, it succeeded at its mission.
...But the recipes kinda reminded me of the mathematical mean of the top one hundred vaguely healthy white lady food blogs of 2005-2015, ya know? There are a few I'll try, but nothing that really took my brain to a new and interesting place.
