Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Giles #2

I am actually enjoying the little romance between Giles & Roux. The story is a bit boring though. I see that I only have 2 more issues to read so I may read it when I have down time. Since I am not up to date in the Buffy series I have no clue where in the time line it takes place.
