Coconut Layer Cake Murder

I decided to listen to the audiobook for this one and it was a big mistake! Half this book is recipes! Nearly every chapter ends with a recipe so you have to skip forward anywhere from 6 to 15 minutes while the narrator reads the recipe. It's already a short book! Added to that, the mystery itself takes up so little time. Most the book is describing the cookies or other food she's making and telling weird stories about friends who had macadamia nut trees in their front yard.
