Cowboy Crush

A great start to a new (spin-off) series!

If you have read Dare You to Resist the Bull Rider, you might remember the boys of the Sweet Oak Teen Ranch - and their less than stellar reputation. In this first book in the series, we're getting a glimpse behind the bad boy facade of Graham McGrady.

Graham makes a great reluctant (if sometimes a bit dramatic :) ) hero, and Cassidy, the goody-two-shoes daughter of the local Sheriff, is his perfect match - even if the two of them might not see it at first.
There's a bit more drama than in the Rock Valley High series, but it's balanced with the humor, heart, and swoony kisses I have come to expect from a Lacy Andersen YA romance. As always, I found it very easy to fall in love with Lacy Andersen's characters - not only Graham and Cassidy, but also Cassidy's family and friends, as well as Ken and Mary and the boys at the ranch.
