When the author of this book reached out about an exchange/collaboration—an ebook in exchange for a review, I didn't expect—actually I don't know what I expected. I'm not someone that usually enjoys reading anything other than romance, fantasy, and smut I have to say that this book intrigued me because, well I am someone that was diagnosed with ADHD and I for one do not enjoy being medicated for it.

I’m not someone that usually enjoys reading anything other than romance, fantasy, and smut I have to say that this book intrigued me because, well I am someone that was diagnosed with ADHD and I for one do not enjoy being medicated for it.
There was so much information about ADHD that I did not know about and I really enjoyed learning throughout this 📖. I appreciated the author’s humor throughout the chapters and the integrated illustrations because, let’s be honest, my brain would immediately wander off without it. I cannot wait to implement some if not all of the techniques mentioned in this book to help manage my ADHD starting with a change in my diet.
If you are someone who struggles with ADHD I definitely recommend giving this book a try, you might find some way to help you manage your ADHD.
