After watching the TV series I began reading the reboot of Arrow in the New52. Must say it was a terrible disappointment and I soon gave up. But seeing it figure in the top 10 DC franchises in 2013 I took it up to see what Lemire has done with it. And boy does he deliver. This is more in line with the TV series and its dark and gritty. Its also so not Batman because Queen is always behind the game and trying desperately to catch up. Its good to follow a crusader who is surrounded by smarter and stronger foe but somehow comes out on top. Can't help feel a leaf has been lifted from the emotional spectrum of GL, but given the success there it may not be a bad road to take. Lets see what each weapon has to offer in future!
