The wellness industry really is concerning and the way the author chose to lay out her concerns was super effective and super good.

Good points on how people manipulate new moms and even some commentary on MLMS. A super good read.

ETA: this is kind of what I expected “the new girl” to be like so I'm glad I found a book to satisfy that book craving so easily
