Historic Plantations of Alabama's Black Belt

Loved the history featured for each home and the little tidbits about former owners. I'm more and more fascinated by historic homes and their stories. Only thing I'd prefer would have been more pictures, especially if features mentioned in the text, and since it was written in 2009 I was wanting an update on the status of the houses now.
