Am I really going to kiss my boyfriend's best friend? Yes. Yes, I am. I just found out my boyfriend cheated on me with his best friend's girl. Now his best friend and I have a plan to play them like they played us. There's only one problem. Everyone knows Zack and I can't stand each other. The uptight perfectionist and the slacker bad boy? No one will believe we've suddenly fallen in love. But Zack says we don't need to sell love, just lust. And that, it turns out... That we can do. So I tell him I'm in. I'm down to make my ex pay. His smile turns wicked. "That's my girl." "I'm not your girl," I say. His eyes darken as he wraps an arm around my waist and tugs me close. "You're not his either."

Fake dating, you say? Yes, please!
This tale of teenage heartbreak leading to revenge plans involving fake dating and swoonworthy not-so-fake kisses proves once more why Maggie Dallen is one of my favorite YA authors.
I found Bailey and Zack very easy to root for, and their attempts at navigating their new “relationship” ranged from hilarious to heartwarming to OMG-get-your-act-together-already. It didn't make things easier for these two that they both had some baggage to work through before they could fully admit that the lines between pretending and the real deal had become quite blurred a while ago.
How to Get Revenge on a Cheating Ex is an entertaining read that made me smile - with an occasional evil laugh thrown in, too.
ETA: Love the audiobook, too, the narration is spot-on!
