coming back after two rereads in just 2 months. dUDE I LOVE THIS BOOK SO MUCH. everything in this book is perfect. like this is what i want every historical romance to be like.

suCH AMAZING WRITING. the most lovely heroine ever, like i could completely get where she was coming from and she was so smart & witty w the hero, oof. and the duke??? god, if men like this truly exist, i'll wait a lifetime for one. i can write 5000 word essays on how much i love and adore the duke, his cunning intelligence, his honesty w the heroine, his admiration of her.
