Lady Derring Takes a Lover

The ending really fell apart for me. I didn't like this couple very much. I'm not a fan of secret identity and using other person to find out info without telling other person trope at all though.

I liked what she did during her widowhood though and I liked our MC. Our hero and the love story just wasn't something I was rooting for
