Last Shot

I think this is the fourth book of the series I have read, and so far it is my favourite.

While Dev manages to get himself into hairy and hilarious situations as usual, in this story he is very much the knight-in-somewhat-dinged-and-tarnished-armour. I'd have to re-read the other stories, but I don't think this aspect of Dev's personality comes across as strongly in the other books I have read so far (Mr. Swirlee, Bombshell, Tutti Frutti).

As usual, I like the supporting cast of quirky characters - especially the “usual suspects” well known from other stories in the series.

A very entertaining and enjoyable read. :)
