Just a slightly racist story of adventures involving a fetish statue, South American war, secrets and smugglers. Tintin is a decent amateur detective, but as a journalist he is somewhat useless. Interesting adventure, with twists and turns, and the new facsimile edition is a really pleasant: large, neat images, some new content and an improved translation.
