Past Aways #1

I'm honestly not sure what to make of this. I am all for the hero trope where the hero's have to band together one last time to fight a big bad... but one thing made me cringe super hard.

1. The female biracial character tried to kill herself at LEAST 2x and nobody thought to get her help? How is she the “heart” of the group when she already tried to kill herself? I am not understanding if this is a running gag but it may be offensive to some people. The other members are ignoring the fact that she wants to die and want to throw her into danger.

The artwork in this is okay but the story isn't I won't be picking up #2.
