Savannah Blues tells the story of a little black American girl whose father is absent, mother is overwhelmed, and her two twin brothers are slowly sliding towards delinquency. She faces great poverty and even misery, but Zora takes matters into her own hands. A happy ending in line with Obama's success restores hope in this family which is gradually coming back together.
