This book is not entirely upfront or accurate. You get fit by doing some cardio and they give you stretches and body weight exercises for a more balanced fitness. The title would have you believe you just need to stretch to get fit or that the stretching not predicated on the kind of activities you are doing. At least they tell people to squat to parallel. (RANDOM CYCLING FITNESS BOOK I'M LOOKING AT YOU) But I need to stretch more so any place is a good start.
