Another Living Lights Berenstain Bears book that I just love! I have to say that I love the hymn “All Things Bright and Beautiful” and it is no surprise to me that I would enjoy a Sunday School theme book on just that. Weaving the lyrics of the well loved hymn in and out of the story, these cubs get to take a field trip through creation to really open their eyes and observe. It's a hands-on, minds-on day. This is a great book for your personal shelf, or even for a class. There are even stickers! Of course with all things stickers, the only problem is that there are never enough, but these are some great ones that have blips of the story to be able to share and come back and comment on it later.
Thanks to Zondervan for providing a copy for review.

Refrain
All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.
Each little flower that opens,
Each little bird that sings,
He made their glowing colors,
He made their tiny wings.

[Most hymnals omit the following verse]
The rich man in his castle,
The poor man at his gate,
He made them, high or lowly,
And ordered their estate.
Refrain
The purple headed mountains,
The river running by,
The sunset and the morning
That brightens up the sky.
Refrain
The cold wind in the winter,
The pleasant summer sun,
The ripe fruits in the garden,
He made them every one.
Refrain
The tall trees in the greenwood,
The meadows where we play,
The rushes by the water,
To gather every day.
Refrain
He gave us eyes to see them,
And lips that we might tell
How great is God Almighty,
Who has made all things well.
