The Hunger Games

Short review: This is a great book. The second is better. It is set in a post apocalyptic North America. There is a brutal government that requires each of the 12 districts in the country to send two teens (1 boy, 1 girl) to come and fight to the death. This is a mix of Lord of the Flies and Ender's Game with some teen romance thrown in. The second book is the best fiction book I have read this year, the first one is a close second.
