I received this book from the publisher free for an honest opinion.
I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading more about these characters.
Austin Cole has a TV show called Spirit Chasers where he proves the existence of ghosts and spirits. Unfortunately he is also attracting very bad spirits and the hurt one of his people. This leads the way for Casey to replace the physic in the show. She doesn't like how Austin tries to control everything and there always seem to be fireworks between them.
The book really doesn't slow down much and is a bit creepy at times. I didn't want to put the book down. The world is very fleshed out and believable. Austin can be a bit annoying sometimes but I love Casey and the rest of the gang.

Unfortunately this was a miss for me.
It started out really interesting. A team of ghost hunters go to different haunted sites and film for their TV series SPIRIT CHASER INVESTIGATIONS. Throw in some romance and sex, and this should have been a sure hit with me. Alas, it was DEAD boring. I didn't particularly like Casey OR Austin. Both came across as selfish narcissists. The secondary characters were better, but it wasn't enough to keep me interested. Not to mention I HATED the ending with the white hot passion of a thousand suns...
