Intorwoven with amazing stories by one of the greatest alpinists of the past and the present. The programme presented is much more approachable than the one described by the alpine training bible “Extreme alpinism” by Mark Twight. Can be followed by anyone from a novice to an elite alpinist. For anyone interested in the subject it is a must read!
