I thought this was going to be like Parkour! But it is just cardio + bodyweight exercises outside with a minor Instagram influencer. Ideally you have access to bars at a few different heights but I think you can make it work if you stay flexible with what is around you. It's snow+ ice outside around me right now and I'm perfectly happy to use my yoga mat and doorjam pull-up bar inside.
- don't read this if you are allergic to the word toning or spot reducing - you can still use the exercises but don't read the “benefits” I wouldn't expect massive gainz but I didn't see anything dangerous about using this as a way to get some variety of movement into your life I am not a doctor or physio or trainer and neither is Lemarcis
- you don't need to detox every two months, you have a liver. Maybe don't massively increase your water intake while reducing your sodium intake. Hyponatremia is bad mmmkay?
