Too much propaganda and fear mongering for me.  

Haven't read this series in years.  I think I've just grown out of it and these new ones aren't as great the original 5.  

Think this is end of line for me.  I remember getting to book 8 or so ten years ago.  Now this just doesn't  appeal to me anymore.  Too much sarcasm and not enough character growth. And the insta love with Reyes doesn't work for me.  Also he's kind of an a**.  

Did not like the heroine.  Boring and long drawn out.  Very politically correct main characters.  May try the 2nd book since I was interested in the hero. 

Merripen is a dumpster 🔥.   Any enjoyment of win and family was taken away by immature piece of shit merripen.  

Olivia lies alot... not really something id look for in a partner. I didn't like her at all.  And her views on hooter is a bit extreme.

Just so bored and not interested at all.  Dread picking it up again so dnf currently.  Maybe another time.

I think I just can't read current contemporary romance.  Authors politics show too much.

Make it make sense cause it doesn't.  Who barely gets accepted into a group and turns around and starts demanding group give her ppl to go save slaves.  Especially when she was just told they want no issue with other country.  Boring, didn't like characters and makes no damn sense.

Unlikable characters, too many pop culture references and focus on clothes, and just too out there for me.  Maybe I'm being a grinch but this did not work for me at all.

“Eight thousand nerves in the clitoris and still not as sensitive as a white man not getting his way”  nope, and nope.  Tired of race being brought into everything.  Not reading this author again.  

Not for me.  I'm a woman in a stem career.  Honestly men are not that bad.  You got a few bad apples but there's also a few bad apples in the opposite gender.  Couldn't relate to main female and the use of cis male....no thank you.

Didn't like the characters or storyline.  Not scary.  And then adding a small fleck of politics in there was just a pass for me.  

This should have been a hit, I love slow burn romances.  However, I was so confused.  The writing style made it hard to understand what was going on at times.  It wasn't just slow burn romance, everything was moving slowly.  I had no idea Cassia's motivation.  I felt so seperated from everything.  This being a 10 book series with super long books, I decided it's not worth continuing.  

Didn't get very far.  Didn't know it was ya.  Didn't like main character.  

I didn't find the characters likeable at all.  While I find the history interesting, the characters attitudes annoyed me to no end.  

Great premise.  Loved the magical school.  Felt too ya.  And I didn't like the heroine.  I gave up when she freaks out that she charged more on her cc than what is in her bank account.  Its called minimum payments and don't go do something stupid and sketchy for money. Her bargainer series is good though. Maybe give it another chance later in audiobook.

Just too illogical.  I mean why would we send prisoners back in time to a slow death.  And there's no emotion at all.  Characters felt like robots. 

Started out really interesting.  I didn't like zara.  😕  she hits her “boyfriend” and it's nothing.  Addicted to pills.  Just makes mistake after mistake.   Took away from the story from me.  Other things bothered me as well.  Maybe will pick up at a later date just to find out what happens.

Stanton was disgusting.  🤮 

So excited to get into this one but ended up not liking the characters.  I thought I'd relate with my mom dying of cancer last year and being a work from home mom of 2 little kids.  But the daughter was not likable, wanted her parents to split from the beginning.  The mom was too wrapped up in work and her partners ex.  Maybe I'll try again another time.  

It was okay until the drag queen hour for parents and little kids....nope.  sorry, not sorry. This new normal of trying to teach little kids about sexuality and gender needs to go.  

Maybe ill try later but the FMC was very annoying to me.  

Too woke, didn't like any of the characters.  Cade was all about tits and butts.  Main female character blamed patriarchy for underwear lmao.  

Going to dnf for now.  Main character is annoying and I wanted more cold badass assassin and not ragey teenager assassin with giant questionmark.
