This was a sweet, funny romance with actually likable characters.

This is not the romance I usually gravitate towards. The dialogue was something to behold.

The sweetest story with the cutest illustrations.

Frantic and strangely “what would you do” realistic.

I expected something different from Prose. This was maybe just too short to really get into anything.

I loved this. It made me laugh a bit and took me by surprise!

Mehhh. Was kind of bored and weirded out.

Creepy. Wish it was just a little longer, everything happened really fast, but it was tense and wild.

I thought this would be a twist on the Disney movie, but it felt like almost a cartoon in book form. It changed about halfway through, but not enough to make it interesting. And if you didn't know the characters you'd still be wondering who they were after reading this.

A great Christmas mystery for the season!

Not the strongest start for this series, but it was fine.

I've really enjoyed this series, but this one fell a little flat for me.

Chaotic and fun. For a bit it was hard to get all the characters straight, but it ended up being a sweet, light hearted read.

A great first book in a series. I liked their magic and the idea of a magical library. Cass was insufferable, but hopefully that gets better in the next book. Otherwise, I thought this was fun.

Very sweet and a perfect little holiday story for Molly and Juan.

Not my favorite of the series. Holly's “meddling” was a little too bull in a china shop which felt rude and invasive and not at all charming. Her “I just can't help myself” attitude got old, especially when EVERYONE is asking her to stop. And with the town being so small, 5 murders with 3 at the tree farm/inn it's shocking the farm is still in business.

THEY WERE TWELVE!!! They act as if they were about to get married and Rachel left him at the altar and it ruined love for both of them for the rest of their lives. Also, why is it so important that the daughter of a famous Rabbi gets into a Hanukkah party to understand the spirit of Hanukkah? And acting like telling people a Jewish woman was writing Christmas stories was just like someone coming out of the closet was gross.

Beautiful and terrifying with quite the unsatisfying while also satisfying ending.

I didn't love this the way I have Racculia's other books. I couldn't connect with the characters and Arthur really bothered me. There was no growth for any of the characters and I kept finding my attention drifting away.

The writing was technically not great, but the characters were endearing and the magical contest was fun. Plus plants!

Great, great fun! Wasn't ever really sure what was truly happening and the jumps between the past and present kept me on my toes.

Could not have been more bored by this. There were promising moments, but overall this was a disappointing excuse for horror.

Doesn't have the same fun as the first volume, but I love the Scooby Doo-ness of it.

These characters were fun and weird making for a good time reading, but a story that was just meh.
