So I originally wanted to read this series because it was a recommendation in my FB group. I decided to give it a go because Podium recently expanded their library to “Hoopla” (who doesn't love free audiobooks) and someone in my Sleep Token group was looking for “Provider” vibes. With all the hype and joy I was having regarding the new ST album I figured: why not? time is right. I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars because some of the plot was predictable. I did NOT however see Nero's ex-fling Nikki being behind Payton getting kidnapped though. I thought she was more afraid of Nero than that. But I gotta admit, I like that S.J. Tilly took that approach 👏🏾👌🏾

I love a good revenge plot  and I really love how Tyson “My Wife” Riley Crawford is giving heavyyyy Hades vibes 😩🥵 but holy shit was this book exceedingly long. I did not care for the pacing and I would have given the book 3.5 stars if I could because:1) What the eff kind of name is Laikyn? Or Ellington? Let alone Holston and Hartlyn? Like. Seriously? That's what you went with??2) The 🌶 with the tying up was redundant3) “She whimpers” every 5 seconds killed me 4) Laikyn saying “Tyson” every 5 seconds from being horny killed me too like girl bffr lol 😅🤣5) “I take what I need” killed me too like jfc is that the only phrase he knows how to use? 🙃The sister jealousy got me to something fierce because I unfortunately have a sister just like Whitney and that is frightening

Love me a rugged blue collared man who looks scary but has a heart of gold. Especially for his brother 🤌🏾✨️
Oh and the uhm... natural 🍆 representation was greatly appreciated 🥵

Fake dating is my least favorite troupe but couple it with revenge? Especially feminine rage? I'm so there! 🙌🏾

Bully romances aren't my favorite. Neither are secret societies. This was still an enjoyable read/listen for me since it was also a taboo/forbidden romance. I'm 10 yr older than the FMC and wish I had an ounce of her confidence back when I was her age. Also love that she wasn't only confident but strong. A true fighter without being annoyingly whiney 🙌🏾

Once again, Ms. Rose did not disappoint and there was a plot twist I didn't see coming which had me gagged! If she writes a third one I'd love to read it 😍

I'm a sucker for forbidden romances between a teacher and their student. 🤌🏾✨️ Also with the storm-chasing aspect of the book, it took me back to when I was young and used to watch “Deadline to Disaster” with my cousins on The Weather Channel

Such a beautiful end to a beautiful series 😍 

While I can relate to Ollie as the oldest sibling and the whole: oldest child guilt thing? This book gets 3 stars instead of 4 because it left me slightly confused on if Cooper is the father of Briar or not. Normally, a 99% Match means he IS her father. Why did she say: Why did you keep looking for me even after you found out I wasn't your daughter?Like. Which is it? Is she or isn't she? Last I checked? 99.99% MATCH = FAMILY!A small part of me truly believes that this was a typo that went unnoticed and that irks me greatly.

I love when 2 black sheeps find happiness and understanding within one another.I didn't think that reading about Poseidon being tired and choosing his own happiness would be on my bingo card. Or that he's a sub 😏🥵But here it is and I'm elated 🤗

The emotional roller coaster this book put me through 😩🤌🏾✨️And the way I bawled when she went into his garage because he bought back everything of her dad's that Vera sold 😭

Cotton candy has NOT be ruined for me 🤗

We all need a man like Aero 🤌🏾✨️
And as a former church girl? This book realllyyyyyy hit me in all of the feels. Jescie Hall hit the nail on the head with this one for sure. And as always? Joe. Arden. F**KING. DELIVERED. IN. THE AUDIOBOOK. 🥺

And just like that, I'm going to throw myself down another of Katee Robert's deliciously steamy series! 😩🤌🏾✨️🥵

I genuinely enjoyed this book. The Billionaire Troupe is realllllyyyyy growing on me. ☺️

Holy moly. Howwww I related to Violet as a single mother even though I'm only 33 was everything 🤌🏾✨️

I may not have been with my ex husband for 20 yrs but I did put in 7 yrs. Close to a decade. This is why I love Lili Valente so much. Her characters are so relatable 🥺

I'm normally not a fan of the fake fiancé troupé but as always. Lili Valente has converted me 🤗

I was not expecting that plot twist!

I love when a playboy falls head over heels in love and then next thing you know he's fake dating. It's seriously the best. 🤌🏾✨️

I absolutely loved this FMC. It was like reading myself. I know all about the intrusive thoughts of not feeling lovable. The yearning and pining for someone you love and yet fearing I was going to muck it up. Perfection. 🤌🏾✨️ Love when an FMC realizes that she is the problem and therefore really puts in the work to fix herself. 
Also. Love the brat and brat tamer dynamic. Rahúl Khan. The man that you are🥵

I really enjoyed this dynamic and meet cute. This was my first college and hockey romance. I could surprisingly relate to the FMC on a personal level in regards to having an unhealthy relationship with emotions. It was nice to see these type of honest conversations being had in a book. It added depth to her character. 

The representation in this book for WoC with autism was everything! 🤌🏾✨️Also. I love that Jacob is bossy and the way he licked her dildo before he inserted it had my mouth on the floor. Love me a control freak in the streets but a nasty man in the sheets 😏

I am such a sucker for anything heist related. I'm obsessed with the Ocean's 11 franchise and this scratched that itch in all the best ways. Not to mention the essential treasure hunt. Love, love, love this book

This has been my main character arc for the past 3 years! But just like Dani. I've grown and learned that I AM loveable and desired for who I am. 
I got my own MMC just like her who reads romance novels 🥹

Luca is a whole vibe but Angel is just 🫠🫠
