Holy crap. This book. Everyone should read this book. It's deep and heartbreaking. Grace, god I love Grace. She's so relatable. I am on the verge of crying right now because of everything this poor girl went through. Also her friends are the literal best friends a girl could ever hope to have. And I have come to realize I really need more books were there is a love of theater, musicals, and art. If you haven't read this yet by some chance please check it out, buy it, borrow it, whatever you do and read it. It is important. I am seriously becoming speechless at the amazingness of this story. I'm just gonna imagine that in a year or so when Gideon goes to college, him and Grace meet up and live happily ever after. Because he's such an amazing guy.

This is real life for a lot of people and I just want them to know that you are not alone and you can find help. I know that is not as easy as it sounds...

Seriously though go read this book.

I only finished because I wanted to know who did it.

I can't decide between 4.5 or 5, so 5 it is. Did I cry the second I found out about Miles? Yes, Yes I did. Did I cry at the end? You got that right.

So far my least favorite of the books. I had to skim read most of it so I would actually finish.

My favorite book in the series. The first book to me was really slow, second book was so much better, and then there is this amazing thing. There is tons of action all the time and tons of unexpected twists. I feel like I'm the only person not madly in love with The Darkling. And all I'm asking for is more Nikolai please.

I received a copy through Goodreads First Reads.

I enjoyed this. It was overly descriptive, short, and I'm not too fond of any of the names but I still liked the story. If all of the excessive adjectives were taken out it would be more of a short story than a full length book (I mean it's only 140 pages). I would also say that it is closer toward middle grade than YA.

This book is beautiful. The world building is amazing. There is nothing I don't love about it. Thank you so much for writing this book Roshani. I love stories that put me in other worlds, in other cultures.

I have finished. I was a nervous wreck the entire time reading but that ending! There is non stop action this entire book and my emotions just couldn't handle it. I could read about The Court of Dreams for the rest of my life. I am trying not to say anything spoilery so I'm at a loss for words. I'll just be over here pinning for the next book until it releases ( this is going to be my life now, waiting for Maas books).

update (5/8/17) it's May and I'm still waiting on my hold at the library. I'm just gonna need them to return it and cancel their request so I can read.

(Nov 2016) My wounds are fresh from ACOMAF, is it May yet?

Really more of a 4.5 This is such a cute love story. I've been smiling the entire time I've been reading and I'm still smiling. I would like to think I would be friends Simon and the gang. That's how much I like these characters. All of them. I can't wait to read more by Becky.

THIS DESERVES ALL THE STARS! TAKE THE GALAXY.

Honestly the best ending to a trilogy ever. I still want more though, maybe I'm just greedy.
I was a nervous wreck the entire time but it was so worth it.

I need Schwab to never stop writing. Her work is magic itself.

Magical. Beautiful. Why is it so hard to find words when you love something??

I can't wait for book 2! There's so much action and magic. Loads of character growth and I absolutely love love love Rishi and Alex.

Is there anything by Schwab I will not love? So far the answer is no. This is such a cute and unique story. My favorite characters are definitely the Thorne sisters. This book is full of mystery, magic and a little bit of romance.

I love Nimona. I want more Nimona.

If you're having a hard time at work and need motivation to leave this will help.

Thank god there's a book two. I have so many questions! When I first started reading I instantly thought of The Night Circus but this book is totally it's own thing and it's amazing. I really don't want to wait until next year for more.

This was my first Palahniuk book and wow. It was weird and a little disturbing sometimes. I honestly didn't think that's where that ending was headed. Overall, I liked it. Don't read the synopsis and think you know what it's gonna be about. It was not even close to what I thought I was getting myself into.

I love Squirrel Girl. Can we get a SG movie? I love her cheesy jokes, I love the self love and she is the most positive person (super or regular) ever. She tries to talk out all problems before she kicks major bad guy rump. Cat Thor was great also Loki in general. One of my favorite things is that the rest of the Marvel Universe is in her stories too and they have such mixed feelings about her, plus she goes from fangirling over them to acting like it's not big deal that she's talking to Thor on the phone.

I don't hate it but I don't love it as much as everyone else seems to. I think the depiction of OCD and anxiety was very well done. The romance was weird, everyone was in love with everyone. I just didn't connect with it the same way I did MHTN.

Thank god this is a duology. It ended amazingly and I don't think I could handle another book.

Why did no one warn me that I would be broken into a million pieces by the time I finished.?? This is so beautifully written and it's such a heart wrenching story. There are so many emotions that this book will put you through. If you haven't read it because like me you live under a rock I suggest you crawl out of it right now and borrow or buy this immediately. ( I recommend buying. I borrowed and now I want to buy it so I can reread it a thousand times and have it for the future. But I do not discourage library use so just check it out a thousand times instead.) This is a read in one sitting uninterrupted book so if you don't have those conditions right away wait until you do. I will be reading everything Mr. Asher writes.

I can't give a star rating because it would be unfair. I just went through and read the poems that stuck out to me the most and I was so lost. I know they're supposed to have meanings behind them or tell a story but I honestly didn't know what the point is for most of them. Poetry and me are not friends. There were 2 that I liked Some Souls on page 53 and My Souls Shadows on page 41.

Somewhere between a 2.5 and a 3 for me. Mysteries aren't a favorite of mine but I didn't hate this.

Once again I'm left with so many questions. I'm not sure what it is I like about this series but I do like them. They're really fast reads which helps.
