If you have any interest in UKLG, READ THIS BOOK!

One of the best mindfulness books I have read. Gives GREAT actionable exercises, and provides a comprehensive approach to creating your own practice.

Great overview and easy to read. I wish it had more details behind how hyper focus works, and why certain things are beneficial. It mostly gives slogans like:

"boredom == kryptonite"

"just get moving"

Still a good starting point though.

EVERYONE should read this book. The author (Emily Nagoski) cares deeply about the human condition and is making beautiful efforts to elevate it. Although the book is (predominantly) addressed to women, don't let that prevent you from reading it. EXCELLENT BOOK!

Author has some of the best mental models describing mindfulness, frustration, and stress that I have ever seen. Very helpful information that is not just limited to your sexual life, but all aspects of it. Did I say this book was great? IT'S GREAT, read it!

This has been the most exciting arc in the series so far (starting with book 20)! I couldn't put it down.

GREAT book. Recommended for anyone (especially HSP's) wanting to learn more about how to improve your relationship with yourSELF or others.

Changed my life, it could change yours. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend to any d&d or fantasy art fan!

Great book. Could do with a re-read on my part!

Fantastic book.
Say less.

Oh man this one gets wild!!!

Actually one of the Redwall books that I don't think I read as a kid. Not too bad. All the characters are really lacking in much depth though, but that is usually how it is with most Redwall books.

Really liked this book! If you ever wondered about the origins of the modern computer, this is the book for you! I wasn't big on the parts that delved on building adders and such (got a bit lost there admittedly haha), but other than that it was all great.

“You don't set out to build a wall. You don't say ‘I'm going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that's ever been built.' You don't start there. You say, ‘I'm going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid.' You do that every single day. And soon you have a wall.” - Will Smith

Great story, highly recommend it!

The good stories are pretty good. But a couple of them are pretty boring and revolve around the exact same thing more or less, just told from someone else's viewpoint with not much more to add from it.

Wow what an ending . . .

Great intro on the topic. Accessible and enjoyable!

Slow to start but picks up towards the middle/end. Might have been better if the parts were swapped around (or at least might have been easier to follow). Interesting stuff regarding evolution/eugenics.

My copy was missing two stories (New People and The Yellow Brass Music*?)

But still what I did read was really great!

Very Superfluous but has some interesting moments. Almost didn't want to finish reading it.

Strong start, ending and middle kinda lost the way. For sure not my favorite Le Guin book.

Incredibly interesting!

Fantastic book! Would recommend to anyone interested in music
