i hated the first half of this book but now im too invested in the story someone send help

The last 30 pages of this book had my heart raceing they were so intense. I feel like the beginning took a bit to pick up but once again the twists in the plot re insane and amazing!

this was everything that was promised and more. It feels like Scarlett's writing has matured so much from when i first read a touch of darkness and i'm here for it! The story is compelling, the characters are great, and im left here wanting so much more!

uhg i love these books so much and i honestly cannot wait for the next one. they are so much fun to read! i wished the overarching plot had progressed more with this one but i still really enjoyed it!

i mean its like all the other ones but with different characters and i like it so, yeah

is it bad to say i liked this story more then fbaa? i really loved the parallels and trying to connect this story back to fbaa. I also really loved the new couple! Its refreshing to see a virgin male love interest as opposed to a female one (tho kinda weird given hes like 200 years old at least but who am i to judge?). I know a lot of people have been ragging on this book for the editing and i'll be honest i did not notice any major blunders but im not super attuned to these sort of things. Story wise i thought it was super fun, i loved it and i'm excited for the next one!

It def came through as hocus pocus but with a bit of spice! super cute and fun Halloween read!

This series is amazing and book 2 managed to be better then book 1 and idk what exactly im supposed to do with myself now given that ending and no expected release yet for book 3 so please send help

its been a long time since i really disliked a book but this book did nothing for me. I thought the characters were likable enough but i found myself bored for so much of the story. I hated the skipping back and forth through the vacations and i felt this book was too long for the story being told. I wish there had been a better peak or plot twist or something. Idk, maybe friends to lovers just isnt my cup of tea but this book was not it for me

I read this entire book in one evening, as in I stayed up till 3am finishing it last night. Is it a masterpiece? No. Is it fun and sexy and extremely distracting? Absolutely.

The amount of serotonin i received from this book probably requires a prescription.

i do wish we got a little more of Clara facing her family prior to the epilogue but over all this was a great story

Ok this one was way better then the first married to magic book! The pacing on this one was great, i loved the characters and the relationships, and over all i loved the story! I wish i had been a tad bit spicier but other then that i super recommend this book if you are looking for a fantasy stand alone!

YES. YES YES YES YES YES! WOW that was a ride! this is such a fast paced book and honestly i was at the edge of my seat the whole time reading it! It has all the things i love in a book: Fantasy, Interesting Plot, add in a little bit of Spice and you've got the recipe for a fantastic read!

Holy smokes this book was incredible! I legitimately was not expecting to be able to get into this as i've been on an adult romance kick but this book pulled me in and didnt let go till the very end AND I AM LEFT WANTING MORE! I dont even know what that ending was but i'm gonna need to go back and read it again because OH MY GOD.. My only complaint was that i was teased a 3way that was never provided BUT AGAIN THIS IS YA and its more my fault then the authors lol The description of “Pacific Rim meets The Handmaid's Tale” is accurate and done beautifly so! Xiran, i CANNOT WAIT FOR BOOK 2!

I think the 3rd one is still my favorite but this one was a close second! I mean if youre enjoying this series, you'll like this one lol cant wait for the next one!
