To be honest, I usually really dislike this author's cozy mysteries. That's not to say the author is a dreadful writer, she isn't. In fact, I find the books (that I have read) to be well written and I enjoy the mysteries and the plots. However, I LOATHE Lucy and her stuck up group of judgmental busybodies with the passion of a thousand blistering suns.
