Carver's constant striving for "more" was forced to a halt when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. By pursuing practical minimalism, she was able to create more space, more time, less stress--and even more love in her life. Now she shows readers how to reclaim lightness and ease by getting rid of excess things.

Good, though others who have read a lot of simplicity and mindfulness books might find this basic.
I've been meaning to read this book for a couple years. Glad to have finally done that! The message was good but most of the book reminds me of other - clean the clutter and habit stack - books I have read. It didn't stand out too much to me
