The Stingy Receiver

Looks like Goodreads ate my first review, so here goes again. Not quite sure why I had so much fun reading this one, when it has several elements of things that aren't my favorites, but it was so clever and funny that I fell in love with it anyway. A patient with money decides to take a hand in the affairs of her young doctor and also embarks on a quest to find someone who isn't a “stingy receiver”...someone who politely says thanks and never expresses what a gift actually means to them.
