First want to thank Netgalley and the publisher for letting me read this in exchange for an honest review! I really enjoyed this manga. I could honestly see this turning into an anime. The characters, for the most part, are likeable. There is a cat... for those of you who like cats. In all seriousness I am glad I requested to read this one. The mystery behind the Flow is great and I can't wait for the second volume. I can't get enough of these two as well!
Flow- A phenomena where people can change the world around them based on their mood. Things flow as they should until someone's emotions are strong enough to disrupt that flow. Hirota and Chima are Flow Disturbance Busters for lack of a better word. They investigate why a flow has come to be and in doing so try to get the person to come to terms with their feelings. Once the feelings are dealt with the disturbance is patched up and eventually resumes it's flow.
The concept is cool. I think I might continue with the series but I need it to flow a little better. Yes, pun intended. There are several mysteries already in place that need to get resolved. This is a cat manga because the cat helps out in solving these mysterious flows that pop up. That was cute but I needed more from the cat too.
I think it's worth a try if you are interested in Twilight Zone-ish feels to your reading.
