4.5☆
Loved it but my brain needs the serotonin of finishing a book

Quick and easy read with a good message, was my first graphic novel in awhile and I think it's a good one to start with!

I'd say that I'm a little disappointed...for a book written in 2023 there where some bits that made me cringe. They mention a mentally challenged child once or twice and in the end you learn that he did it during, what I assume to be, an autistic meltdown? it also really just felt like a poorly transelated, barely edited fanfiction

3.5☆ or 4☆ I'm not sure yet

I didn't like the sexual part and I would've loved atleast a few more sentences at the end

Certainly was a quick read! Wouldn't say it was her best work but I did enjoy it

So uhm
IM IN LOVE
How do you expect me to continue living my life knowing I can't ever read this for the first time ever again huh

4.5☆

YOU EXPECT ME TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP AFTER ALL THIS??

God I love me a good creepy saphic found family ish type book
Must say that I saw the ‘twist' comming from a mile away tho

LOVED IT
That Epilogue???? HELLO??

I'm not entirely sure what to think of this book yet?
It definitely started a little slow and I absolutely fcking HATED the scenes with Virgil and Howard, some men are so disgusting

Very solid 3.5
It was a little slow but I very much enjoyed the vibe and characters. If the pace was a little faster it would've been a 4☆

This book was a solid 3 stars
The drawings in it was a pleasant surprise and I breezed through this book, finishing it in 2 days.
However...the author very clearly wanted certain things to happen which makes some scenes feel rushed. Sometimes the characters would go on rants, talking out loud while they should be thinking (or atleast; it would've been beter in text, not dialogue)

This was a fun little book though, would very much recomend it as a quick read.

I've got no words? I need the next book,,,like yesterday thank you

Well, that was disappointing? I signed up for a horror, not a romance. I expected this book to...worse? “He tells her to she can get her brother back...for a price.” I expected that price to be way higher, and it should've been (imo)

Is it really a surprise that I absolutely loved it?

Most of this book felt like I was following a class at school. There was so much to learn about the world and its magic system and I much more preferred the scenes where they where away from the school.

Not sure if I'll read the other comming books of this series because I felt like it had an alright ending for me to stop at.

Silly (not so) little unhinged man

Forgot that I already read this, was a reread then ig lmao

V.E. Schwab will be the death of me.
The way I'm hugging this book right now its- I need a moment

3.5☆
I hate that I cannot rate this higher, but it has caused me to roll my eyes too much (and too much ‘spice for my personal liking) to give this book the 5☆ I want to give it after finishing
