I started reading this because of the Dracula Daily emails, since it was free to sign up and hey, why not? But I Never expected to actually LOVE Dracula this much!!!!!!! I owe a lot of my affection for it to the emails, since they got sent to me in actual chronological order, and I know I wouldn't have liked it as much if I didn't read it in chronological order!!!!!!!!!! Either way, absolutely LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Favorite Character(s): Sam and Vida
Favorite Part: When Vida opens the present and it's a pair of yellow sneakers, like the seer had.
Thoughts: What a well written, action packed story of Nature vs. Progress!!!!! I either loved or despised the characters, with few in-betweens because they were so well written it was hard not to have very strong feelings about them!!!!! I read this as a buddy read with my mom and we both agree, this is FANTASTIC!!!!!
This was a pretty good suspense story!!! I thought the two different writing styles coming together was really interesting, and the plot was Really good!!! The only thing I didn't like were the characters themselves. They felt too two dimensional. I knew a Lot of people like that in my high school, people who just hadn't developed personalities yet, other than what they saw on high school dramas on tv, so I found the characters to be a bit boring. Other than that, it was pretty good!!!
WOW that was extremely good and extremely painful!!! This is definitely one of those books where the pain the characters are experiencing is palpable to the reader!!! This is such a beautiful and important read!!!! I really enjoyed the narrator, too!!! This book reminds me a lot of The Book Thief!!!!
