The victim was revealed towards the end of the book for a change. Loved the way her writing just lucidly flows into chapters. Could have read the the book for hours and hours. New favorite author!
PS. Listened to the audiobook for this and it had an Irish character. Bonus points for the Irish accent!
Would recommend to every murder mystery fan.

But all in all, even if you have listened to the podcast, I'd still recommend reading the book!

Such a sweet little book (which you can finish reading in half an hour). Its about mental health and how to deal with everyday stresses of life.

Was alright. Would have liked to see a bit more on strike's past life.
Just found out they've made a series on it.

Bizarre is the only way I could describe this.
Meant for a young audience, but I highly doubt they'd even understand what's going on.
But keeping in mind how old this book is and how heavily recommended, it wasn't all that bad.
Once you get introduced to the weird characters, you get used to their wonky names. Has a sweet ending.

Loved listening to this! Based on the pied piper fairy tale, the story very cleverly adapts it for the modern setting.

As much as I want to force myself to like the book, I didn't. The plot had very good point in the story when it could have been a great twist, but the story just ended with such a disappointment.
