Well this was quite a delightful surprise. I'll confess that I got out during a one-click cover porn extravaganza and for no other reason. And I quite loved it. The author surprised me as I thought it'd just be porny/kinky fun but she wen't deeper. She takes us into Adam's head and the discoveries he starts to make about himself after stumbling on his roommate Josh's porn stash. The actions and reactions ring authentic because college is that time when people start to shape and define the adults they will be. Maybe things go a little quickly but it is a short story/novella. I liked that there wasn't any major angst or hang-ups from either of the MCs or any lasting misunderstandings. I loved Josh who kept surprising Adam at every turn and turning the idea of the dumb jock on it's head. Will they have a HEA post college? Who knows?
