The second site for Souma is Chef Shinomiya's new branch at Tokyo, who got “forced” to take a student by Dojima Gin. Obviously, Souma getting assigned to Shino's is no random happenstance. Here we see Souma acquire his greatest growth as a chef, under the passive-aggressive tutelage of Chef Shinomiya.
